Organizations
An organization is one customer: it owns domains, users, API connectors, policy overrides, allow/block lists and a Bayes corpus. Manage › Organizations.
The list
Name, platform, domains, number of users and connectors. Click a row to open it. Organization administrators see only their own.
Add organization (MSP administrators)
- Name
- Must be unique.
- Mail platform
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, Google Workspace, Exchange Server (on-premises) or Other SMTP server. It pre-fills new domains' delivery hosts and picks which setup instructions and connector are suggested. It can be changed later.
The organization page
Domains
Every domain with where it delivers and whether inbound/outbound is enabled. Add domain takes the domain name and, optionally, a delivery host (left empty, M365 and Google hosts are filled in automatically). Click a domain for routing, setup steps, relay key and DKIM - see Domains.
API connectors
Existing connectors with their last status and badges (on/off, API scan, SSO). Add connector creates a Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Exchange connector and opens it for configuration - see API connectors.

- Free text for your team (contacts, contract, quirks).
- Active
- (MSP administrators.) Informational flag for the customer's status.
Administrators
Users with the organization-administrator role. Promote someone from the Users page.
Delete organization (MSP administrators)
Type the exact name to confirm. Removes its domains, users, connectors and policy overrides and stops accepting mail for its domains immediately. Message history remains in the trace until it ages out.
