Dashboard

The dashboard (Monitor › Dashboard) is the landing page for administrators: the last 24 hours at a glance.

Organization picker

MSP administrators with more than one organization see All organizations at the top right. Choose one to scope every number on the page to it. Organization administrators always see only their own.

Headline figures

Messages

Everything processed in the last 24 hours, split into inbound, outbound and API-scanned.

Threats stopped

Phishing + BEC + virus + malware verdicts. "clawed back" counts delivered messages later removed from mailboxes after an AI review.

Spam

Spam + block-listed + attachment-policy verdicts, and how many bulk messages were tagged.

In quarantine

Recipient copies currently quarantined (all time, not just 24 h), and how many are held waiting for the AI.

Seven-day volume

Stacked bars per day: clean, bulk, spam and threats. Hover a bar for the exact counts. A sudden jump in threats usually means a campaign against one of your organizations - use the Recent threats list to see who.

AI analysis

Reviewed (24h)

Messages the model finished reviewing.

Waiting for the model

Messages whose AI review is queued or running. A number that keeps growing means the model host is slow or down - check System health.

Clawed back after delivery

Async-mode messages the model flagged after delivery and that were pulled from mailboxes.

The health → link opens System health.

Verdict mix

Share of each verdict over 24 hours, as bars.

Recent threats

The last ten phishing / BEC / virus / malware messages. Click a row to open the message. all → opens Message trace filtered to all threats in the last 24 hours.

Top unwanted senders

Addresses that sent the most non-clean, non-bulk inbound mail in 24 hours. Click one to see all its messages in Message trace - from there you can block the sender or domain in one click.
